Deptor transcriptionally regulates endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis in multiple myeloma cells
Abstract
Multiple myeloma (MM) is a malignant disorder of plasma cells characterized by active production and secretion of monoclonal immunoglobulins (IgG), thus rendering cells prone to endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress.
