Dr. Milena Head is a Professor of Information Systems, the Wayne C. Fox Chair in Business Innovation, Director of the McMaster Digital Transformation Research Centre and Director of the EMBA program at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University. Her research focuses on human-computer interaction and understanding how we use and misuse technology. Of particular focus, she seeks to expand understanding of marginalized groups’ (e.g., older adults) use of technologies so that digital divides can be bridged for benefits to all. Milena has received numerous teaching and research awards and is frequently called upon by the media and by community groups to speak about her research.
