Overview
Dr. Dongmei Zhao is a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. She received her Ph.D degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Waterloo in June 2002. Her research focuses on radio resource management and quality-of-service provisioning in wireless networks. Her current work includes mobile computation offloading, energy efficient wireless networking, and vehicular communication networks.
Dr. Zhao is an associate editor of IEEE Internet of Things Journal. She served as an associate editor for the IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology for 10+ years. She was also an associate editor for the EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking and Journal of Communications and Networks. She co-chaired many workshops and symposiums in top international conferences of her fields.
