Reversal of the anti‐platelet effects of aspirin and clopidogrel
Abstract
BACKGROUND: Guidelines recommend stopping aspirin and clopidogrel 7 to 10 days before surgery to allow time for replacement of permanently inhibited platelets by newly released uninhibited platelets.
