The use of prophylaxis in 2663 children and adults with haemophilia: results of the 2006 Canadian national haemophilia prophylaxis survey
Abstract
Prophylaxis is standard of care for boys with severe haemophilia A. Indications for prophylaxis in adulthood, non-severe haemophilia A, haemophilia B and haemophilia with inhibitors are less well defined.
