Entrapment of Fluorescence Signaling DNA Enzymes in Sol−Gel-Derived Materials for Metal Ion Sensing
Abstract
Three fluorescence signaling DNA enzymes (deoxyribozymes or DNAzymes) were successfully immobilized within a series of sol-gel-derived matrixes and used for sensing of various metal ions.
