Genetic Modifiers of Lung Disease in Cystic Fibrosis
Abstract
BACKGROUND: Polymorphisms in genes other than the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) gene may modify the severity of pulmonary disease in patients with cystic fibrosis.
