Autoimmune Variant PTPN22 C1858T Is Associated With Impaired Responses to Influenza Vaccination
Abstract
High-affinity-antibody production, T-cell activation, and interferon upregulation all contribute to protective immunity that occurs in humans following influenza immunization.
