Abstract

BACKGROUND: In several settings, therapeutic-dose non-vitamin K oral anticoagulants (NOACs) are superior to aspirin for the prevention of arterial and venous thromboembolism. PURPOSE: To estimate differences in bleeding risks between NOACs and single antiplatelet therapy.
