Abstract

BACKGROUND: TRACS sought to describe the clinical outcomes and disease progression of transthyretin (TTR) cardiac amyloidosis (ATTR) in an observational study. Clinical course is largely determined by disease type with ATTR categorized as wild-type (ATTRwt) or genetic-variant protein (ATTRm).
