Abstract

INTRODUCTION: OFF episodes negatively impact quality of life in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). There remains a need for an acute, effective, noninvasive treatment. BACKGROUND: APL-130277 is a sublingually administered apomorphine oral strip.
