Abstract

OBJECTIVES: To establish the feasibility and reliability of graded maximal exercise testing, suitability of standard indexes of maximum oxygen consumption (Vo(2)max), and evidence of trial-to-trial practice effects in subacute stroke. DESIGN: Descriptive, cross-sectional study.
