Abstract
OBJECTIVES: Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2; ERBB2 gene) is of prognostic and predictive significance in breast carcinoma. Both fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and dual-color in situ hybridization (DISH) methods are available.
