Abstract
Interleukin-12 (IL-12) is a heterodimeric cytokine that plays an important role in the development of cellular immunity. Clinical applications for this lymphokine include resolution of infectious disease, cancer immunotherapy, and boosting cellular immunity in AIDS patients.
