Epileptic seizures associated with cisplatin administration.

Eighty-one patients with germ cell tumors or ovarian carcinoma were treated over a 4-year period with cisplatin-containing combination chemotherapy. Eight patients (9.8%) experienced epileptic seizures during or within 3 months of this chemotherapy.
