Efficacy of a biomechanically-based yoga exercise program in knee osteoarthritis: A randomized controlled trial
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: Certain exercises could overload the osteoarthritic knee. We developed an exercise program from yoga postures with a minimal knee adduction moment for knee osteoarthritis.
