The Canadian Score™ Questionnaire Optimizing the Use of Technology for Low Bone Density Assessment
Abstract
The Simple Calculated Osteoporosis Risk Estimation (SCORE) questionnaire is a tool to assist physicians to identify women who might require bone densitometry.
