A Damage Spectrum for Performance-Based Design
Abstract
A procedure is presented for developing a damage spectrum for performance- based design and assessment. The selected damage model is independent of the structural material type. The load-deformation behaviour is assumed to be model with interdependent strength and stiffness. Strength demand spectra are constructed in the yield displacement spectral format.
