He has taught economics at McMaster University, the University of Toronto, and Toronto Metropolitan University, and his research has been featured in journals such as Health Economics, the Canadian Medical Association Journal, and Canadian Public Policy.
His work focuses on topics such as healthcare workforce planning, gender earnings gaps in medicine, and healthcare funding models. He is also the co-founder and principal consultant at Perspicacity Intelligence & Analytics and formerly served as Chief Analytics Officer at the Ontario Medical Association, where he led research and strategic economic initiatives for over two decades.
