Redistribution of myocardial blood flow with topical nitroglycerin in patients with coronary artery disease.

Abstract

BACKGROUND: Unlike nonselective coronary vasodilators, nitroglycerin (GTN) is said to exert its primary vasodilatory effect on epicardial conductance vessels.
