Effects of superimposed hydrostatic pressure on sheet metal formability
Abstract
The effect of superimposed hydrostatic pressure on sheet metal formability is studied analytically and numerically. A tensile sample of power-law hardening material under superimposed hydrostatic pressure is first analyzed using the classical isotropic plasticity theory.
