Assignment by Deletion of Human Red Cell Acid Phosphatase Gene Locus to the Short Arm of Chromosome 2
Abstract
DEVELOPMENT malformations associated with gross chromosomal deletions are well known in man. Those cases in which the extent of the deletion can be defined accurately by chromosome banding techniques should provide an opportunity for identifying some of the gene loci located within the deleted segment.
