Isometric handgrip training improves local flow-mediated dilation in medicated hypertensives
Abstract
Bilateral isometric handgrip (IHG) training lowers resting arterial blood pressure (BP) in medicated hypertensives. Numerous mechanisms have been suggested, but have yet to be investigated.
