Sustainable Water‐Resources Allocation Through a Trading‐Oriented Mechanism Under Uncertainty in an Arid Region

Abstract

In this study, a dual‐interval two‐stage stochastic programming (DTSP) approach is developed for planning water resources through a market‐trading‐oriented mechanism under uncertainty.
