Potentiating Cancer Immunotherapy Using an Oncolytic Virus
Abstract
Oncolytic viruses (OVs) are highly immunogenic and this limits their use in immune-competent hosts. Although immunosuppression may improve viral oncolysis, this gain is likely achieved at the cost of antitumoral immunity.
