Emma Apatu
Associate Professor (Part-Time), Health Research Methods, Evidence, and Impact

Emma Apatu is part-time faculty in the Department of Health Research Methods Evidence and Impact. She is former Director of McMaster’s Master of Public Health Program, Interim Director of the Graduate Diploma in Community and Public Health; and an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence, and Impact (HEI) and a member of the Centre for Health Economics and Policy Analysis (CHEPA). She holds a DrPH from East Tennessee State University, and a MPH from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Before joining McMaster at the beginning of the 2018-19 academic year, she was an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Health at the University of North Florida (UNF).
