Cathodic electrodeposition of cobalt oxide films using polyelectrolytes
Abstract
Composite films consisting of cobalt hydroxide and polyelectrolytes, such as poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) and polyethylenimine (PEI), were obtained by electrodeposition.
