Microstructural characterization of a microwave-sintered silicon nitride based ceramic
Abstract
The microstructure of a microwave-densified silicon nitride based ceramic has been assessed in the as-sintered, post-sinter hot-isostatically pressed (HIPed) and annealed conditions.
