Chemical Mapping of Polymer Microstructure Using Soft X-ray Spectromicroscopy
Abstract
Recently, synchrotron-based soft X-ray spectromicroscopy techniques have been applied to studies of polymer microstructure at the ~50 nm spatial scale.
