Method for Studying Immunoglobulin G Binding on Hydrophobic Surfaces
Abstract
We used a reactant adsorptive membrane bioreactor separator (or RAMBS) system to examine hydrophobic interaction based binding of human immunoglobulin G (HIgG) on synthetic microporous membranes possessing tunable hydrophobicity.
