Abstract
Glycogen synthase kinase-3beta (GSK-3beta) is involved in the hyperphosphorylation of previously phosphorylated (primed) substrates, and is currently assayed using an approach based on the incorporation of gamma-(32)P-radiolabelled isotopes into substrate peptides.
