Abstract

RATIONALE: Respiratory tract infections are common in patients suffering from pulmonary fibrosis. The interplay between bacterial infection and fibrosis is characterised poorly. OBJECTIVES: To assess the effect of Gram-positive bacterial infection on fibrosis exacerbation in mice.
