In vivo Effects of Low Molecular Weight Heparins on Experimental Thrombosis and Bleeding
Abstract
Recent studies with heparin fractions indicate that it is possible to dissociate the antithrombotic and hemorrhagic effects of heparin and so improve its therapeutic potential.
