Mutant p53 stimulates chemoresistance of pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells to gemcitabine
Abstract
Pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is the fourth leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide; PDAC is characterized by poor prognosis, resistance to conventional chemotherapy and high mortality rate.
