Miliarial Gout (A New Entity)
Abstract
BACKGROUND: Tophaceous gout typically presents as a subcutaneous, nodular collection of monosodium urate crystals sharply circumscribed from surrounding tissues. Although intradermal cutaneous manifestations of gout have been described, no reported cases of miliarial gout remain.
