Effect of warfarin on intracranial hemorrhage incidence and fatal outcomes
Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Avoiding intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) during warfarin therapy is critical but little is known about factors that affect warfarin-related ICH outcomes.
