Low-dose Oral Vitamin K Reliably Reverses Over-anticoagulation due to Warfarin
Abstract
BACKGROUND: Patients receiving long-term warfarin frequently develop asymptomatic excessive prolongation of their international normalized ratio (INR) results. The most appropriate management strategy in these patients is unknown.
