Measuring physical impairment and disability with the Chedoke-McMaster Stroke Assessment.
Abstract
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: The Chedoke-McMaster Stroke Assessment measures the physical impairments and disabilities that impact on the lives of individuals with stroke.
