Anticoagulant mechanisms of covalent antithrombin-heparin investigated by thrombelastography

We have developed an antithrombin-heparin covalent complex (ATH) which inhibits coagulation enzymes by two mechanisms: directly, or by catalytic activation of plasma antithrombin (AT).
