Prothrombin Complex Concentrate vs Frozen Plasma for Coagulopathic Bleeding in Cardiac Surgery
Abstract
Importance: Excessive bleeding is a common and prognostically important complication of cardiac surgery. For bleeding related to coagulation factor deficiency, frozen plasma is the most used therapy.
