ETHNOPHARMACOLOGICAL RELEVANCE: Bulbus Fritillaria Cirrhosae (BFC), known by the Chinese name "Chuan-Bei-Mu", is used as an antitussive, antiasthmatic and expectorant drug for more than 2000 years in China, and Bulbus of Fritillaria wabuensis S.
