Brillouin-Active Subwavelength Silicon Membrane Waveguides
Abstract
On-chip Brillouin scattering plays a key role in numerous applications in the domain of signal processing and microwave photonics due to the coherent bidirectional coupling between near-infrared optical signals and GHz mechanical modes.
