Contralateral hippocampal sclerosis following functional hemispherectomy in children: A report of three cases

Abstract

PURPOSE: Hippocampal Sclerosis (HS) may co-exist with temporal or extratemporal lesions (dual pathology) in children and is usually ipsilateral to the radiological lesion.
