Clinical and biological implications of driver mutations in myelodysplastic syndromes
Abstract
Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are a heterogeneous group of chronic hematological malignancies characterized by dysplasia, ineffective hematopoiesis and a variable risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.
