Observing Thermobifida fusca cellulase binding to pretreated wood particles using time-lapse confocal laser scanning microscopy

We report on studies of Thermobifida fusca cellulases Cel5A, Cel6B and Cel9A binding to pretreated wood particles using Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy (CLSM).
