Fluorescence photobleaching, photodynamic therapy (PDT) oxygen consumption and clonogenic cell survival were investigated during 2-(1-hexyloxethyl)-2-devinyl pyropheophoribde-a (HPPH) PDT of MAT-LyLu cells in vitro.
