Synthesis and Evaluation of Radioiodinated Acyloxymethyl Ketones as Activity-Based Probes for Cathepsin B
Abstract
Dipeptidyl (acyloxy)methyl ketones (AOMKs) were functionalized with different iodine-containing prosthetic groups to generate a library of candidate cathepsin B probes.
