A DSP-based multichannel analyzer for simultaneous acquisition of coincidence and anticoincidence spectra
Abstract
A digital signal processor (DSP) based multichannel analyzer (MCA) has been developed for simultaneous acquisition of coincidence and anticoincidence γ-ray spectra. The shaped pulse from the spectroscopy amplifier is digitized by a flash analog-to-digital converter and then processed by a DSP.
