High contrast blue organic light-emitting diodes using inorganic multi-layer of Al and ZnSe

High contrast blue organic light-emitting diodes were fabricated using inorganic metal multi layer. Ambient light reflection of OLED using inorganic metal multi-layer, polarizer and conventional metal layer were 24.0, 26.9 and 82.1%, respectively. OLEDs including inorganic metal multi- layer was improved its contrast ratio of 135:1 comparing with 104:1 of polarizer-attached blue OLED.
