Use of patterned thermoplastic hot film to create flexible ballistic composite laminates from UHMWPE fabric
Abstract
Thermoplastic resin is infused into fabric layers to form rigid fiber-reinforced composites (FRCs), which are commonly used for ballistic resistance purposes.
